The item will be shipped using UPS Ground service. If a faster shipping service is needed, please select it during checkout.

This item comes with a 12 month warranty. As long as the anti-tampering labels on the product are intact, we will replace the unit with another rebuilt unit or will repair it within a day.

All items sold on our store come with a 30 day return period, unless otherwise stated in the description of the particular item. The returned item needs to be in a similar original condition. Our customers are welcome to install the drives and if they change their mind, can return them for a refund.
