Most items are sold as Exchange, that is, returning the "core" or old module is needed, after the machine is fixed. However, some units are sold as Straight Sale, that is, no core return is needed. Please note the title of the product which specifies the sale type.

The item will be shipped using UPS Ground service. If a faster shipping service is needed, please select it during checkout.

This item comes with a 12 month warranty. As long as the anti-tampering labels on the product are intact, we will replace the unit with another rebuilt unit or will repair it within a day.

All items sold on our store come with a 30 day return period, unless otherwise stated in the description of the particular item. The returned item needs to be in a similar original condition. Our customers are welcome to install the drives and if they change their mind, can return them for a refund.
